On page http://uk.ebid.net/help_main.php the FAQ tab has the following instruction in paragraph 1:

"If you feel your problem is common and could be a valued asset to our FAQ pages then please help us by leaving it in the Website Suggestions Forum."

Clicking the link "Website Suggestions Forum" causes the following:

"vBulletin Message
Invalid Forum specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator."

It seems the url address has changed
