    Default Warning jewelry sellers

I had a lady buy 3 pieces of jewelry from me, the last one ending a little while ago. I went to make an invoice and she has shown up with a -57 feedback and a line through her name.

It says she is no longer an active user so maybe you won't have the problem.

She only hit me up for 3 pcs but she has two pages of sales that she didn't pay for from another jewelry seller. I ache for that seller. What a waste of time.

I wrote to support and asked if I could just cancel the sales. I don't want to deal with her. Can you imagine a -57 feedback!

Don't blame the bidder so soon. The seller left feedback before the bidder could have possibly paid. Those feedback were for items ended TODAY.

In the AAL you can cancel sale giving reason buyer no longer registered and it make the feedback issue go away.

I really don't what's going on. Since I posted this, just a few minutes ago, another seller has added two more negs and now the lady has -59.

Thank you-I think I will do that but first I'll see what admin says. It's a little weird!

Same buyer won 4 from me. Fortunately when I noticed what was going on I cancelled their bids on the other 30 or more items they had bid on before items ended and blocked bidder. I just cancelled the sales on the 4 won and reposted items.

best to wait a week or so for communication from a buyer - it certainly sounds worrying, BUT as someone once said on ebay, one negative "attracts" others, so that could be one explanation, and if a new buyer does come online and suddenly buy loads and loads of things, then I understand ebid sometimes does suspend the accounts until they are verified... give it a bit of time.
