In the message box at the bottom of the invoice, simply state the $ amount handling component of the shipping charge.

Ive found with multiple purchases of the same item which i had set to have discount knocked off by Ebid that buyers wanted to see the discont so ive had to disable that.
With multiple purchases of differant items ive also found buyers prefer to see the discount.

I have a notice on top of all my listed items explaining my discounts, mainly they need to request an invoice, although some pay straight away so i then send a refund.

If buyer pays via PayPal, and seller sends a refund, PayPal charges seller a refund fee.

Well, will have to change our policy on refunds for our site, Refunds will be sent via way received, I'll send them the money without use of the refund link and let them get ripped, like i did.

Hi Wisconsin! Do you have our beautiful weather too? Sunny and crisp out there, feels like spring!

Simple solution. Use box on lower left of invoice to explain how/why you altered invoice. Lots of space, so take opportunity to thank buyer, note how you applied discount, what their original invoice total was, total of discount you gave them, and how much $ they saved. ALL my sales are multiples, so leaving that message every time is just part of giving good customer service, and showing them the value of buying from me. I

This communication also keeps the customers coming back again and again. Multiple sales are very good, but so are repeat customers.
