New to eBid, I have a question regarding combined postage

Hi hope some one can help, I am new to eBid, is there an option to revise invoices when a customer purchases multiple items? Also while i'm asking is there an App for eBid now or is one planned for the future? and last but not least does anyone have an idea of how many people have registered active accounts in the UK? any reply's will be greatly received.

I can answer your first question. Yes, when you click send invoice to buyer you'll be given the option to add other sales you've made to the same buyer.

There is also a facility to adjust invoice for multiple buys (either by % or actual money).

Once you have sent the combined invoice can that invoice be sent again eg if the buyer decides to buy another/other items after the combined invoice has been sent?

I think you may have to cancel that invoice and send another combined invoice (you'll be given the option of adding all transactions including the new one). I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I'd do.
