LOL! Lovely afternoon, in the 50s and sunny, Winston and I just went for a walk, our first in our new neighborhood, usually he just plays in the fenced in yard and Mom watches, but I decided to get off my duff today, not sure why, but it was nice.

My incapacitation continues, although the foot does not hurt as much. Last night was the worse, I could not find a comfortable position to put it in. Finally, I took an aspirin at 2:30 and fell promptly asleep. Liz was here all day ad we worked on listings. My Tush got tired of all the sitting. I was just thinking on Wednesday that I needed to make some sort of adjustment to my bowling - whether it be physical or attitude. Guess I will for a bit anyway. We've decided that perhaps on Sunday it would be OK to soak in Epsom Salts. The worst part is that Sam needs to be put out now and then and I can't carry him and use a cane at the same time. Onika still goes out by herself, but not Sam. Ah well, I am able to clean up after him anyway.

lots of high wind here in East Lancashire but it must be horrendous in Somerset.

Windy down here in the Midlands too Tony but not getting put off a quick (but safe) bike ride. It needs a run.

May need a warm drink when I get back though!

Sounds like my Dad, rides his bike in all kinds of weather, (and, yes, he's 80). I, on the other hand, got a good dose of the lazy gene and like nothing better than couch time with a good book and a bag of chocolates, especially today when it's overcast and a little chilly. Fortunately Winston is a couch potato, too, so it's all good.
