This is what I have been up to today. The contractors arrived at 9:30 am (expected at 10 am) Gary brought in his skid steer and we put a lag bolt in the edges of the old door and pulled out the old posts. Gary used the auger to dig a couple of holes and the contractor filled them with cement and put in a bracket to bolt the new support to. Now we wait for the cement to cure and Monday or Tuesday the new "Hot Pink" doors will arrive and be hung. Then I write a big check.

Trish and Old thanks you for your kind comments on my work. Liz says I should have a shop, but no one ever comes to Carpenter for shopping and I can't move to Cheyenne - too far from the tractor parts. I am not driving every day to Cheyenne to tend a shop. There was a home made shop in Cheyenne, but Gary's wife didn't have much luck with it and they cut their hours. They didn't have the traffic as their space was downtown Cheyenne, going the way of most downtown over here as a consequence of the malls and a lot of people in Cheyenne go to Ft. Collins. People over here just don't understand the principals of hometown economics and wonder what happens to their towns. Ok, putting soap box away.

Sorry not been around but going to hospital tomorrow to see a new specialist and been getting pertinent records for him to look at instead of him searching through everything, this consultant is supposed to be spot on with PBC as he trained under a top PBC professor. I am getting fed up of getting shoved from one dept to another and this man is said to do it all, i have now lost a load more weight now 7 stone 10 and dropping everyday. appointment is at 3.15 in bangor, oh and i am panicking about that road as all the foreign traffic Lorry's belt along it going to holyhead for the Ferry, going my ambulance i think.

I am still here.
Been a bit under the weather the last week, stupid flu-like bug.
Not felt like doing much, had no energy.
Nothing much else to report, still got my autoimmune system killing my skin, had bad tinnitus, sore knees.. etc. etc.
Trish, I use the Epley movements for the BPPV that causes dizziness, I have a chair that I can recline to help me.

My dongle failed this week too, nothing worse than when your dongle fails!
I bought a long cable to replace it, so I have a cable where my dongle used to be

Was cheered up a bit last evening, I actually had a visit from baby Max and his dad.

Cuppa tea now, then some brekkie.help yersells!

Hi all - hope everybody gets over their probs ASAP

Pos - I had my dongle cut off last year! no more problems now!
Those squirrels are in good nick - must be from someone feeding them well
I actually had 2 boiled eggs on toast & a cuppa for breakfast for a change, instead of the usual choc sludge drink. (which gets a bit boring)

Well - I had an early start this morning rudely woken just before 5.30am & still dark, by the tannoy system down the road at the show grounds.
Seems this weekend is the annual equestrian events nationals, & they wake those horses up early (& everybody else)
I guess tonight will be their LOUD band party & dance, which will drag on into the wee hours! Thank gawd it's only once a year!
Then Sunday morn will be another early start for finals events & late in the day they'll all bug out back to where they've come from!

If there is no activity on your account for 60 days all listings will be closed - though you should get an email warning before that happens. You know that my pub landlady sense of humour would drain the very bottom of a cesspit.
I'm holding back on the humour as I'm upset about kayla, plus like you, PosBear, I am still feeling really rotten with a flu-like bug. So tired all the time, yet cannot sleep. I was making a cuppa tea at 4.50am this morning, and again at 6.15am. I cannot sleep during the day so after 9pm I'm ready for the pit.
Sure hope that this malady passes soon and I can feel myself again ..... (see, there I go again, a cheeky double entendre) lol!

As for the weight loss - I'm in the same boat. I have always been around the 8 and a half stone mark all my life, apart from pregnancies of course.
I knew I was losing weight as my shorts and trousers are dropping off my ass - weighed myself yesterday - 108 lbs = 7.71 stones.
I blame my IBS coz I feel full after a few mouthfulls of food, anyways - I'm now going to have to search for a pantie- roll on with built-in ass cheeks and a pair of chicken breasts for my bra ....dunno what to do with the face apart from grow a really long shaggy facial hairdo, or hide it under a bag.
Ending on a positive note - I've still got nice legs! (shame about the face)

Well the horsey weekend at the showgrounds/race track down the street is over for another year (thankfully) & you'll all be pleased to know that they let us sleep in on Sunday morning till 5.40am - I thought that was very good of them (not)
At least there wasn't any loud barn dance this year to drag on into the night. Next year I might arrange to be away camping somewhere quiet for that particular period!

Found another example of the use of a Theremin in popular music - yes it's the good 'ol Osmonds with a weird one they did called Crazy Horses - you'll notice the keyboard player sliding his hand along a horizontal gizmo to make strange screeching noises!
