Morning/afternoon everyone! Another gorgeous day here on the St. Lawrence, a bit overcast but the sun is supposed to pop out soon. Sis and brother in law visited this past weekend and I got to see my nephew Stephen for the first time ever, he's a cutie with his red hair and big blue eyes.
Winston says woof, he's enjoying the shore and the many walks, though he's still not sure about the river despite seeing the neighbor's dogs splashing about.
Cheers and Happy Twofer,
yes glad you are enjoying yourself Sue
Hi everyone!
Sues!!! How great to hear from you!
So happy that you got to meet your little nephew at long last.
It must have been lovely seeing him and your sis and BIL - what a lovely surprise for you.
A bit hectic here - as per usual - just said goodnight to Dom, I invited him and Laura up for dinner - nothing fancy, just ham, eggs, peas and home-made chips (fries) - all the cooking done outside on my little gas cooker.
I love being outside, it's been a lovely evening. A lovely sunset too.
I lament the fact that the days are shortening and soon it will be autumn/winter - oh - perish the thought. I haven't fully recovered from last winter yet.
JR is working at the club again tonight, so I'm all on me tod now.
Hurray - I can BLAST out some of my fave rock tunes ....
