Another great choice Graham. Ye I prefer early Queen too, awesome, plus the very last stuff they did before Freddie died
How about this one then?
Happy fried day everyone!

I remember both tunes. Every now and then I'll search one hit wonders on YouTube. Always brings back memories.
Great bands both, one hit wonders for the masses maybe, that made it into the charts.
Here is another great song and band from same era

Wow, absolutely super music - keep 'em coming folks! Right up my street!
This is just a brief pop in visit as I have the guys coming over soon, it's seems like ages since I saw them last.
I'm dying to actually put my arms around them instead of phoning/emailing.
A lesson has been learned tonight - do NOT have this choon playing loudly whilst trying to serve a meal ..... there's only one winner, and it wasn't the food .... just had to freak out ...

Happy Fried Day everyone! Sounds like par-tay time, rock on!
Graham, good luck with your next move, glad it's a voluntary move and you're moving to a better locale, sounds like a winning combo.
LD Job fell through yet again, oh well, I keep trying. Hoping for a more local gig anywho. Winston has his ehrlichea check Monday, hope he's in the clear so we can go to NY, (I don't want to travel til he's done with meds as they give him D something fierce, not a good traveling companion).
Called puter guy and may just be getting the old machine fixed today or tomorrow, fingers, toes and eyeballs crossed. He seems to think the slow downs and freeze ups are memory or hard drive related, hope it's the former, according to him that's easier and cheaper to fix.
Cheers,
Onika has had 2 outings with Mom in the last 2 days. Yesterday we worked and afterwards I met a friend to look for a pulley, and I put on her leash and harness and put her in the pickup. Today I had to go look for a part, so I put on her gear and this time she got really excited, but didn't want to get out of the pickup when we got there. I finally lifted her out and it was pretty warm at the time. We had a little rain this afternoon, so it is cooler now.
Tomorrow, I have to go to the city - ick!

Help! I counted the geese today and now there are 9. It's 6 geese a-laying right? I would rather have 9 lords a leaping though. Also 2 more dogs have appeared. I feel like - quick kill it before it multiplies, but I fear I am too late for that. Jeez!
Oh well, Thank you everyone for your condolences. Oni and I are doing OK with the batching by ourselves so far.

Poor Wyo,
Maybe they will have their geese in the freezer soon.
Sues,
never mind about the job, they obviously thought you were too good for them and out of their league.
Another sunny day here and here's an epic choon for you with great drums and guitar alongside superb vocals from Tarja...
Nightwish were never the same when Tarja left them
Check out their Phantom of the Opera..

Graham
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it is about learning to dance in the rain.
LOL, thanks Graham. Actually it was probably my fault, as I'm seriously out of practice when it comes to interviewing and likely talked too much as I tend to do when nervous, still, it's not a prob., as I'd rather stay local (closer to my parents also in NC). I only wish there were more local opportunities, oh well, I'll keep on keeping on...
Wyo, that's cool you and Onika had fun. I try to take Winston around when I go out, but unless we're visiting the pet store it's kind of tough as I can't bring him indoors anywhere else and it's far too hot to leave him in the car, even for a few minutes, so he mostly has to stay home when I run errands. He did have fun this morning, though, as we went to the pet store and then stopped at a Panera drive through for coffee and sandwiches on the way back. I do wish there were some job openings at the pet store as I love animals, all kinds, and Winston might be able to come to work with me, he'd have a blast as he's a real people and dog lover. I told the cashier today if they ever get an opening for a doggy door greeter, I know the perfect candidate, LOL.
Cheers and happy weekend,
Hey, Trish - lookit what I found!
