Hello everyone, I'm feeling a bit downhearted, and lonely.
The kids have gone back (and arrived safely) and JR is working up at the club.
We have had a truly idyllic weekend, the weather has been glorious and we have so enjoyed sitting outdoors just chilling out with a few bevvies, good music and conversation. This afternoon JR and I got treated out for a meal at a lovely restaurant, a sort of pre-birthday gift for JR who has his birthday next Sat.

Next Friday my eldest daughter is coming up from Cornwall with her hubby and their four youngest kiddies so that is something to look forward to, haven't seen them for ages. Saturday, which is JR's birthday, we are all going to a grand-daughters wedding party, we are all booked into a Travelodge for the evening, so Teagan is coming over from Nottingham to look after the dogs whilst we are away, bless her.

Sues, I'm sorry you didn't get the job, in a way I think it was for the best as you said it was in Florida I think - that would not have suited you at all, as it's very hot and you would be suffering with the heat - trust me, I'm a hardened sun-worshipper, but the heat and humidity got me down at times.
Hope Winston is clear of ehrlichea - and you get the 'puter fixed.

Graham .... you have excelled yourself this time .... Oh, I have died and gone to heaven with listening to and watching Nightwish. (LOVED both tracks you provided - I was awestruck!)
I have never heard of them before, they are just absolutely BRILLIANT. I hope to check out more of their music soon, I'm off to bed soon as I have to be up early to look after baby Isla tomorrow at 7am.
