Wow Graham, you are in better shape than me, can't get up and down for to save my life. We walked a bit today at the park and met a nice lady with a large pit bull doggy, he and Winston had fun jumping at each other and playing til Winston slipped out of his collar; fortunately he didn't go anywhere, so I was able to slip it back on, not the first time he's done it, he's a regular Houdini when it comes to getting out of things, just glad he doesn't have to be restricted too much, only at the park where leashes are required.

Tony, look after that cough.
Both JR and I have had a cough for what seems like ages now, and it's hard to get rid of.
JR seems worse than me, coughing and spluttering - he doesn't smoke or anything.
If you want a really good medicine try and get some Pulmo Bailley - I have always said that cough medicine's don't do anything - I truly believe that this one does. It is an expectorant and also stops the tickle and may help you to sleep if you are troubled through the night coughing.

Peppermint tea helps me when I get a cough or tickle, it doesn't happen too often, thank goodness, but when it does it's just the thing.
I told bf about it, as he's always coughing and wheezing, but he says beer is good for whatever ails him.
