    Thank you Cheaver

The assessor was impressed with the renovations and wished that all tenants cared for their property in the same way.
I can look forward to free updates in their programme including roof replacement and exterior paintwork.
I also have a 24 hour hotline to report any repairs needed.
The contract is fantastic, I am so pleased with all of the facilities that I can draw on for no extra cost.

    One happy Poscar here

Well a jolly good morning/evening to all!
What great news Pos .... we should celebrate!

Here we go again ... any excuse for a party and drinks!

Thanks guys, for the super choons, food, drinks and pics. All welcome!
Seems like we all survived our hectic weekends!

It's a lovely day here in sunny Suffolk, it's a pity to stay indoors. I have a sore back and hip - don't know if it's a trapped nerve or pulled muscle, probably caused through lifting the little ones up over the weekend - so no gardening for me today. I suppose I should get some listing done, if I can motivate myself.
    Have a great day everyone.

    Woah Trish, a party?

You must be a mind reader, I've just got the marquee up in the garden

    Well that's nice Trish

Oooh, just noticed a bottle of Kahlua on the table
I have had a "Daaaaad, can you babysit Mia for a couple of hours this evening?" phone call.
S'funny that my ex lives closer than I do to them, but they prefer me to look after her.

    Good morning/evening/night

I'll do a Tony and reply to myself.

I had to babysit for a lot longer than organised for yesterday, Mia's mum and dad got caught up in the tailback for this crash last night, and they weren't even on the motorway!

2 hours baysitting turned out to be 4 hours, thank goodness for cbeebies on BBC iPlayer

    Time for a choon..

Need a hot drink on this wet morning?...here ya go!

    Stay safe and dry
