Good morning to all our readers

I am pleased to say that my son's trip to Yorkieshire was a good 'un.
He returned with partner and son
I had a good talk with them when them yesterday and offered advise on what to do next.
The main advice that I could offer was to make sure that their priority was 'what's best for the children' and communicate their feelings instead of bottling it up.
I am an expert on marriage break ups LOL!!!!

I finally got my bedroom/store/office arranged to my satisfaction yesterday too.
Now I need to organise my belongings/stock in to some semblance of order
Then it will be back to listing again including some shiny stuff!

I'm delighted that your son and his partner have patched things up, and you are right about the communication bit. It is very important to 'talk', instead of brooding about things and bottling it up as you say. Really hope that things work out well for them and the kiddies of course.

Another lovely day here, warm and sunny. I've been out a collected a huge bucketful of weeds - they are just never ending. The darn brambles from the wild hedge at the bottom of the garden are throwing out suckers everywhere, and the ground elder is a nightmare.

Can't complain, I've lost just over 16 kilos so far & the GP is happy (as am I)

Just a quick visit before settling down to watch a bit of TV.
I've been babysitting little Mia for 2 hours, she is too energetic for me!
Luckily she is well behaved but craves attention (female )

I made a house for her out of a sheet and a table, of course granddad had to visit her house for a cuppa!
My old knees are knackered and my back aches but I enjoyed myself.
My son sent me a text to say she fell asleep in the car 1 minute after driving away from here!

A tune and then I am off..
