seller+ account not working

hello there i paid for the seller+ account by paypal and my status still says as buyer and not seller+...there is no official contact too there so i can talk to some body...whats going on and why after paying i dont have my status updated. can some body help???

Email support@ebid.net. and they will fix. Allow a bit of time as it is six in the evening as I type this and eBid does not have 24 hour staff.
