If we have an example on here limit on listing or selling likes minimum or maximum ages I think that should be no problem at all…I mean we not miss much that example limit…

On eBay in my 7 years of membership I not post any threads anywhere…zero…nada….zip….I just no need on eBay for this stuff…
Reason is very simple….list…sell…getting paid….send item….is just no time much to go around for any ‘’philosophy’’….
But in here I have ‘’a fun’’ I forgetting what I try to sell or list because my friend in here keep me posted for everything…private stuff, sports stuff, music stuff, business stuff., The Law stuff…cartoon stuff…I mean everything and anything which has nothing to do with auction business but I think time to time a example one auction site is enough for me I need to have a little fun too…right…?......

The age at which one can form legal contracts varies by country. As it says 'applicable law' though, I think that means UK law as far as eBid is concerned - which would mean 18 years of age (16 in Scotland I think - which rather confuses things).

Yep... Definitely 16 in Scotland. If anyone is even remotely interested, see "Age of Legal Capacity (Scotland) Act 1991" or "Age of Majority Act 1969" for the rest of the UK.

Actually, eBid's T&Cs state the applicable law as being that of England and Wales and not the UK. So that would make the minimum age 18 years.
