Can someone help me make sense of my invoice

The e-mail starts by telling me I owe 52p

I can only work it out to being 32p, and even then that would include the FVF on an auction with a non paying bidder (the how to get rid of that fee may well be the basis of my next question). I go to my account, and yes I have been charged for that non paying bidder and indeed the amount is 32p.

Then, when I click on the "My E-Bid Invoices" tab, it says "Amount due under minimum, no payment currently necessary."

Also the e-mail tells me - Please make payment using a Credit/Debit card or PayPal at... with a link for making this payment, I click on the link and it takes me to my statement which, as far as I can see, has no facilities for making payment.

What do I owe? When do I owe it? How do pay it? And (I might as well make it part of this question after all) why am I being charged for a non payment?

Any insight welcome, coz I can't make head nor tail of it.
