    Default Ebid Invoice Incorrect

    Hi,

    Not sure if this is the right forum to post this on, but have tried posting elsewhere, but not had any reply, so here goes again!! Lol

    I received an invoice on 1st Mar via email ( bit of a surprise as I've not used my account for some time!) so i logged on to find there is a discrepancy between what the email and my "dashboard" invoice says i owe...which leads me to the next issue....i don't owe ANYTHING!!! my shops are empty, i have not sold or bought anything for ages. I was stunned to find that my shops were all set to "online" even though it clearly states on the same page that if shops are empty for more than 12 hours they will automatically go offline....if that is the case why has this not happened???? ...and more importantly why have i been charged for it!!!

    I would appreciate a response as soon as possible, many thanks

    I believe there were some invoicing problems this month.
    You'd probably be better off contacting support, as only they can answer your questions for you.
    Either email support at eBid dot net or use the form on the contact us page.

    Your status is a seller and, if I am correct, you are being charged a recurring fee subscription. You need to go into your My Subscription area and downgrade to buyer status. The fees will stop.
