Does anyone know what these are please?

These have been found in the bottom of a "rummage box", and we haven't got a clue as to what they might be!
Circular bands, in leather, with brass "rivet type" decoration.
They don't open and are about 1" wide.
Anyone any ideas? Pretty please?
