PayPal to Bring Entire Site Down during April 20th Upgrade
PayPal has scheduled maintenance for a 2-hour period from midnight April 19 to 2:00 am on April 20, and its site will be down and inaccessible for one hour during the upgrade.

Hello Folks , do not think there is any need for concern , unless there is an error in the upgrade , I am sure you / we can do without it for an hour or so....look on the bright side , they might be removing the charge for transferring less than £50.00...??.......papa.
