Thread: Please help!!!!!

  1. #1

    Unhappy Please help!!!!!

I am so frustrated right now. I am having a major problem with items getting listed twice and this problem has been going on for months. When my auctions end I go in and do a bulk re-listing then after I finish that process I will go back in immediately and do a bulk deletion to prevent this from happening on my end. I obviously do not the same exact item twice for obvious reasons. It seems like no matter how closely I try to watch this, when I start going through all my listings I am still finding a bunch of items listed twice. I don't know what else I can do on my part to prevent this so I wish I could get some answers on how to fix this issue. Either from an ebid representative or maybe someone else who knows exactly how to fix this issue. I work a 14 hour a day job 9 out of 14 days so I can not sit and babysit this all day everyday. I am starting to get to the point of giving up because every time I get time off to put up new listings, I spend most of my time deleting items that where listed twice somehow.

Oh wow, this sounds like a real problem. I've used bulk edit in the past without issues, though I've never used bulk edit to relist ended auctions. Not sure what to suggest except contacting support: support@ebid.net about this.

Good luck and best wishes for many sales to all,

you can tick both the relist and delete boxes at the same time, so it will relist your items and then immediately delete them from your list and should cure your problem

This method of relisting and deleting at the same time, displays the results of the two actions together so that any poblems can be seen at once.

Yes, that's the way I've always done it. A bit convoluted though. It would be much easier to have automatic deletion after re-listing.

Take your time, Read the page. Repost And Delete at the same time... just click All Repost All Delete, then scroll down to bottom of those listings.... Read,click... that will do up to 75 listings at once.

shame you cant do a bulk edit on those ended items before relisting, at least I don't think you can, only one by one, or is there a way to do it online
