in may, someone bought an item from me, but never paid.........i went thru the non paying process through ebid, why is ebid still asking me for the final value fee ? tks pls help

Only eBid can answer questions relating to your account. Contact them and ask.

support@ebid.net is thier email. You also need to mark the buyer as a non-payer on your after auction log.

I had a non payer and today i just cancelled the sale in the drop down wasnt bothered about the FVF but it was refunded automatically.
