Question Had to close my auctions.

I recently had two auctions running. I noticed I had not included postage costs in my listings. I had several attempts to add postage but each time I got a message saying I need to make changes to my personal details to make the changes. As I find this somewhat strange, does anyone have any idea why making changes to my personal details would prevent me from making changes please? I used paypal as my payment method and put that in both my listings so would that be a problem?

Have you forgotten to put your paypal email address on your personal details page?

What Gothicina said, double check to make sure you have your Paypal address listed in personal details.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

Hi, thank you for your replies all of you. I am still having problems and have now been intouch with ebid, but for some reason I am now having trouble getting them to understand my problem. What with these and youtube playing around, I just give up.

Hi again, I put paypal in my details ages ago, almost as soon as it became an option on ebid so it should still be there.

Don't give up. Da Boyz are pretty smart, and they will figure it out. Maybe if you ask again, rephrasing it differently, maybe it would make more sense to them.
