Sale tab not showing on listings.

I have updated my gemstones listings to include a discount but the red sale tabs are not showing - when I go to edit, all the discount information is there.

The red sale tabs do show in my National Geographics listings.

I use Google Chrome browser and I have XP home edition I don't see the tab in Firefox either.
Any help with this please?

I've had similar problems when editing auctions over the past few days. Sometimes the Auto Extend feature has no box to check and other features may be unchangeable as well. I, too, use Google Chrome and XP.

To resolve the problem, I've either been using Ninja Lister to make changes (except for the Auto Extend which can't be adjusted in NL) or Internet Explorer which seems to allow me to edit things normally (even though I loath IE and I would prefer not to use it).

Some elements are disable depending on other elements on the form.

eg. Auto Extend is disabled for Fixed Price listings as they are not auctions.

Had the same problem yesterday. I started 4 auctions yesterday and I had to use IE to check the Auto Extend feature ...the Auto Extend check box was not available in Google Chrome.

This appears to be a browser interface related problem.
