A question which has vexed many and could lead to faster than fox travel, making way for exploration of the cabbage patch in the next field.

The advantages are not all known at this stage, but previous research brought medical scanners - they save lives. What price do you put on that? This sort of research has far reaching consequences, from advances in computers to detection and treatment of cancer.
