Help Please Anyone !!!

Hi all, I got a problem and can't work out what to do. Bidder from France bought an item and immediately paid through Paypal. My problem is they didn't include any postage and only paid the £1.00 for the item. I refunded the money through Paypal but it didn't register on AAL as refunded,I then invoiced the buyer with postage cost as well and messaged them. They have not got back to me or repaid but the invoice is showing as paid. What can I do? How can I change the invoice from paid to unpaid?
Any help greatly appreciated.

You might have the option to Cancel the sale on the AAL. That will completely remove it and will also get you the FVF back.

Tried to cancel sale but there wasn't that option in the drop down, so I sent an invoice through Paypal as well to the buyer. Just have to see what happens now. Buyer is a newbie so hopefully where the money has been refunded they will be understanding.
