Hi on another thread i mentioned that i had bought something and the seller didn't tell me they couldn't send due to illness. i had to send a message a week later to ask where my item was. i won on the 24th aug i asked them on the 29th august if they had sent it just incase royalmail was taken their time.
my response i got back yesterday was " hi sorry for delay willgo ist recorded in morning" with no explination of why it had taken them so long. i asked them that as then i wouldn't recieve it until about the 5th sept. then i got this "delay was due to serious illness, lets just refund and call it a day thanks"
I didn't ask for a refund i wasn't nasty i just wanted to know why the delay and i would have left it at that. I have left the a neg for the way they handled it and now i've been left a neg which i do think is unjust as i haven't done anything wrong can i get something done about it.
and their refund wasn't instant either i have to wait until the 7th for it to clear.
