Hi on another thread i mentioned that i had bought something and the seller didn't tell me they couldn't send due to illness. i had to send a message a week later to ask where my item was. i won on the 24th aug i asked them on the 29th august if they had sent it just incase royalmail was taken their time.

my response i got back yesterday was " hi sorry for delay willgo ist recorded in morning" with no explination of why it had taken them so long. i asked them that as then i wouldn't recieve it until about the 5th sept. then i got this "delay was due to serious illness, lets just refund and call it a day thanks"

I didn't ask for a refund i wasn't nasty i just wanted to know why the delay and i would have left it at that. I have left the a neg for the way they handled it and now i've been left a neg which i do think is unjust as i haven't done anything wrong can i get something done about it.

and their refund wasn't instant either i have to wait until the 7th for it to clear.

thanks i've sent an email lets hope. I just don't understand this guy and why he's acting like this i've bought from them before and had no issues had to return some items but we've always been ok with each other over it.

well thankfully ebid removed the bad neg from the seller but unfortunately the truth gets hidden as ebid also removed theirs. so this seller gets to act the way they did and do it to someone else. i don't think that's right. If ebid had taken the facts into account basically paid 24th august checked the messages on the process they would have seen that all in all the seller was at fault. so his leaving me a neg was unjust as he was basically being childish leaving a neg because i'd left one that was retaliation and not mature at all. The neg i left his was just as he hadn't even posted out my item and had not even had the decency to contact me about it. and i'm sorry i've been really ill, my laptop is at the side of my bed and my phone beside that would have taken two ticks to do so ill or not. I had sat in all week wating for the postman so as not to miss it or for it to go missing with redirection.

A sellers job is done when posted the item.

Things do happen, as illness, to all of us from time to time, but I agree he should have let you know what was up. Glad you got this sorted though.

thanks suesjools unfortunately i don't understand his attitude and won't buy again which is sad i'm a very good buyer and i like to rebuy from great sellers builds up a rapor lol. oh well their loss. i'll just have to find another. I don't like leaving bad feedback for anyone. had one buyer ask me if it was ok to wait until thursday to pay i said cool that's perfect which it is cause then i can post then.
