by the way is it better to list items for 7-10 days or to let the listing run for 90 days
I was told that 7-10 days is better because your listing stay on top

If you offer your items cheaper on here than you do on 2 other sites I have found that you sell on, then you might make a sale. When a buyer searches for your items on Google, where do you think they will go to buy? Not here that's for sure. You need to consider lowering your prices here to sell, than you do on the other sites you sell cheaper at.

My auto reposts from my original 10 are still showing on google.

I think you'll find that if after say 10 reposts (maximum allowed on eBid) the listing ends up in your unsold list. If you then tick the box in the unsold list to repost, the listing will be given a new auction id but won't be uploaded to Google as it's a repost with a new id.

I may be wrong.

New or edited listings will be uploaded to Google Shopping/Products (assuming your options are set to do so and Google's criteria are met).

Items that are Auto-Reposted are not uploaded again as nothing has changed as far as Google is concerned. It will continue to display the same information.

If a listing is allowed to close and is then re-listed, it will be uploaded as the auction id (and therefore the listing's URL) will have changed.

Just to clarify, the actual text from my KB (which was selectively quoted in the OP) is:

If the option is set in your My Defaults eBid submits all eligible listings to Google Base shortly after they are created, edited, or reposted. eBid also refreshes any items on Google Base that have remained there long enough to reach the expiry date laid down by Google. Listings undergoing Auto-Repost are not resubmitted as no listing details change and therefore Google Base does not require updating for such items.

Not sure why google would need to re list the auto-reposts, since the old listing would take you to the updated reposted item on eBid. This is how it has worked for me. Thanks.
