Default Quick way to search for duplicates?

My auction count is all to pot! The other day, according to my About Me page, I had 376 auctions running (and only a couple to be relisted). Today I have a count of 417 which differs vastly from the count between my stores, which gives me 350... BUT going into my first store, (which is showing 110 auctions on About page) I have 114 running. I did a quick check and came across one duplicate so far but I do not have the time nor the inclination to go through each and every one of my listings looking for duplicates which I KNOW I didn't list! I'm also really careful when relisting my "unsolds" just for this very reason!

Is anyone else having the same problem - and have you discovered a quick way to look for duplicates? Any advice much appreciated.

I did have this problem once & found that it corrected itself after a couple of days.
If you are at fault by inadvertently re-listing "unsolds", then this won't occur.

I'm also careful to check unsolds when re-listing/deleting, not to do so can cause trouble I've found.

Sorry, haven't found an easy way to find dups. other than to either slowly scroll through the listings in each store - or - if you suspect a certain item - copy/paste the exact title line into the search facility.

Hope someone else knows of an easier method. Cheers.

quickest way to search for duplicates - go to your listings ("Auctions I'm Running"), and search them organised in alphabetical order (Auction Title - Low to High).

Darklis - will try that just now.

    Thanks to both.

Just found a lot of duplicates and they are ones which I know I definitely DELETED! Thing is - why did they just appear today? For the last few days, my auction count has been well under 400 and those duplicates which have appeared were relists from last week. My count is now showing 415 but as long as there's no duplicates, I'll be happy.

NB: That was a great quick way to check them, Darklisruthven. Many thanks.

I've reopened this thread just to say that my auction count is now showing 382 - still wrong! Och! I give up! There's no duplicates so it can do what it wants!
