One has to wonder if the other site will get pushed even higher in the searches now.

Probably because they are both large US multinationals and eBid is a UK independent business. US based multinationals are trying to take over with the aid of TTIP.

Humm ... thought eBid was meant to have a partnership with Google so why are they opening up over there ?!

My thoughts as well Becky especially since Google & the Darkside had trouble getting along with one another.

I always thought that the relationship between eBid and Google was a business one. eBid pay Google per click for a service that Google provide. I don't think there is anything special about it.

If that is all it was Tony then why did they make a point of mentioning that they were in partnership with Google on the old front page of the eBid site ? I don't think they would have done that if all they were doing was just using Google's services like everyone else ?

Probably like the UK/US 'Special Relationship', doesn't actually exist but is cited by the dominant party when they want something - otherwise ignored.
