Default Do you collect stamps? What do you collect?

Might I have some to list? self-interested? moi?

I have stamps from various sources (I used to collect, my husband's grandfather collected, etc), and some idea of what people want would help me decide what to list!

If I was to start again, I'd collect engraved Swedish stamps - I think they are beautiful

Yes I do. My grandmother started me collecting when I was about five. I collect used stamps from all over the world. I won't be much use to your sales at the moment though Madelaine as I have a whole drawer full that I haven't even got round to soaking yet as don't get a lot of time these days !

I suppose if I was after any it would be GB ones from 2001 onwards as I have big gaps where I have lapsed !

I did collect stamps many years ago and had a really good collection including a penny black. My son started when he was 6 and when he was old enough i gave him mine.
Since then the only stamps i collected were the millennium series over 2 years and the corresponding books. I have nowhere to store collections anymore and am getting rid of all the other things i collect

This is no good! I'm trying to find the collectors not the ex-collectors!

Well, I sell a few stamps, and have many to list. The only thing I collect and sell are coins. Have any silver or gold coins available at a great price, and "reasonable" shipping & handling fees?

I hate to say it Madelaine but it's a case of just list them all.... I (or more to the point, Pam) have customers who will buy 30+ stamps at a time and they will buy across the board, all the way from 3p to £3.00+ a stamp and from countries starting with A through to ones starting with Z.... and we still havent worked out what they collect

    Hi Madelaine,

I'm new here but I collect stamps that have Marlin or Billfish on them and Australian Stamps and stamps from the Caribbean Countries.

I also sell stamps - I have a few listed here and several thousand listed elsewhere on two other websites.

    Cheers

    Steve.

I think most collectors become sellers at some point and a lot of sellers are also buyers
