    Unhappy Oops! Where's my store gone? (Keeps going offline)

    Hi, can anyone help please.

    I'm a very low-key user, but I do sell a few items from time to time from three little stores I have. Two stores plod along just fine, but one keeps going offline despite the fact that I have live items within it. I have tried deleting and relisting items - in fact I listed a couple more only yesterday, yet it is offline again today. I understand that an empty store will go offline, but why is mine doing it with stock listed?

    The store is called 'Shedex', and the items currently listed within are currently all cupboard knobs of one sort or another, so it is not exactly contentious content! Please can someone help?

    Hi, I just looked at 3 of your listings - none of them showed they were listed in a Store.
    Did you select a Store & Category when you listed them?

    One of my shops kept doing that a few months back. I would email support@ebid.net and get them to take a look at it. They managed to fix the problem with mine.

    Go to your My eBid Stores
    click on the drop down menu top right and you will see a list of all your stores in the drop down menu. They will tell you if they are online or not. If one of them is not, then choose that store, go to section 2 > store status and tick the online bit. Then scroll down a little and click on the Update Section 2 blue button.

    Yes, I always do, but when it goes offline it appears to clear those boxes automatically and I have to reset them. But thanks for asking.

    I have done that many times now but the result is always the same - it goes offline again within 24 hrs, perhaps sooner (I only look once a day!). But thanks anyway.

    Hi again, sorry you are still having this problem. I would do as Cornishmaid said in her post - email Support.
    They are really quick to answer (real Guys, not bots!) - they will soon sort it for you.
