I am a little miffed at all these price increases.
You would have thought that any freight company would realise that Royal Mail price increases would favour a cheaper alternative.
So by not increasing your prices and advertising the fact you stand a good chance of scooping up all the disgruntled royal mail users.

I've scooped up all my stuff into massive job lots over there.

    It's getting stupid now.

They simply follow the herd and think it will boost profits. They do not seem to realise that they are going to end up killing their business along with online sales if they continue to price more and more items out of the equation.

I have listed a lot of my big Sindy furniture stuff over there this week before MyHermes do one, best getting shut of it now. I think this is getting a bit stupid now, they are just cashing in on the fact that online sales where doing well, at this rate they won't be much longer.
