I have the edit signature box, but no icons?????

Try changing which editor you are using.
Settings > General settings > Misc Options > Message Editor Interface > Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing > Save changes

OK silly, it's easy, just put your scribble on the bottom of the monitor screen.
PS........it looks good, glad you got it sorted.
