paid but not showing in after log
hello bought an item and paid (buy now) but its not showing as paid in the after log
payment showing in my paypal and notified the seller but no response yet
also i am seller+ and have bought/sold thousands through paypal on other sites so i believe the problem is here
also i used the paypal button on the item page and only altered one thing the postage options from next day to second class

Is the paid icon partially green? Paid here has 2 components ... 1 you send the payment & 2 the seller acknowledges receipt of the payment.Originally Posted by MADMAX666

It is now because i marked it as payment sent with paypal details

was not showing as paid so i manually set it to paid and added paypal id payment number for seller to see and it went partially green
also got email saying it had been marked as paid but no other emails when i paid through the paypal link in the listing despite my settings allowing this.

Yes, you marking it paid will make it partially green. The seller has to acknowledge that payment was received for it to be completely green.

Had to mark an item as 'paid' manually as well yesterday; went to my secondary Paypal account but that shouldn't make a difference, as the account is linked to my sales for certain items , so may be a glitch in the works somewhere.
