    Default Wimbledon...brilliant.

well folks , who was watching the tennis on Friday ?..absolutely Brilliant...the boss and I watched every shot and never a cross word. ..in the Djokvic we did not believe that he lost a 2 game lead , and then he was made to work hard to get thru to the final...a shame really that someone had to be beaten....
then came Andy Murray , this had to be a bit of a come down after that other game...but no....this was another excellent game , not the same intensity but still really good tennis....so now , just to keep her and me in a good mood....we hope Andy Murray will
do the business on Sunday and win the title....
but lets not forget the Ladies final today...this should be a cracker...and my money goes on Lisicki........papa.

    Wimbledon...BORING!!!!!

Any 'game' that involves the use of a ball is inherently stupid.

I didn't watch this afto papa, I had square eyes after yesterday's semi's

Looking forward to the men's final though ..... I fancied Del Potro and Lisicki to win and they both lost, and tomorrow I think Djokovic might win ..... so Andy has a great chance

Didn,t watch it but was extremely annoyed that the BBC saw fit to put the Murray match on BBC1. Tennis was scheduled on BBC2 at this time but BBC2 broadcast a food programme which must have had a very small audience as no one knew it was going to be broadcast. Net result of the tennis being moved to BBC1 was I got no local news.

But it's sport!!! Nothing gets in the way of sport.

I am constantly annoyed when I put the TV on to catch up with world news that all I ever seem to get is sports news. As far as I am concerned, sports 'news' should not be in a main news program - unless it is of import outside the world of sport.

My main point was that the tennis was already scheduled on BBC2 so tennis should have been shown there.
Also world and national news is available in the BBC news channel. Local news is not.

looks like the beeb were more interested in the millions who were watching the tennis , than the few who were watching their local news.....it was a bit of a nuisance having to change channels to keep up with them.......it seems we are easily upset at times..... papa.
