thank you all and any of you wanting to quit smoking, YOU CAN DO IT TO ,
First of all Well done to you.
Secondly, both I & my OH had their last fag on Friday June 14th. We're coming up to our 1 months "smoke free" anniversary. Still having the occasional "tight moment", but it can be done.
If there's anyone out there trying/wanting to quit post here. I'm sure Marky, myself, and others will be able to support you.
