Unhappy List Variations In An Auction!

I use both auction sites, and am slowly having more sales on ebid, even though I've been on here for years! I would like to see a variations feature in starting auctions, this saves a lot of time in advertising for auctions with different colours, sizes etc.. Does anybody agree? And like another comment I read it would be nice to know if this is going to be made available later!

Hi & Welcome to the Forum!
I absolutely agree with you on this as I'm sure others will too. I would also like to see if items are New or Used without having to click on each item to find out!

I second that. Variations is the way forward

Elsewhere we use it for quantities. It enables is to use free shipping on low value items.

I totally agree! I sell mostly womens clothing. Right now I am just starting to list but without a Variation it means I have to do 3x's the work. And 3x's the time to get the items up. By the way I did try the import for turbo lister to here but when it comes to clothing too much information gets lost. I would also like to see more sizes to the drop down size menu. MOST clothing are now just Small, Medium or Large vs size 8, 14, 18 etc.. This goes for the XL sizes too. Well I have about 600 more items to list. And I am already tried. Check out how am I doing.

I think everyone would like to see variations on listings rather than having to list each variant as a separate listing. Many have asked for its implementation over a long period.

While I am pretty sure I have seen eBid admin state that it is on their radar I think sellers have to accept that it is not going to happen any time soon and work with the system as it exists now.

Probably not what people want to hear...but a realist view.

Listing variations would be fine for fixed price listings. However, I could create serious problems when listing an auction listing as it would be easily misinterpreted. I would recommend auctions be for the precise item being listed in the auction description.

It would be a great feature to have for fixed price listings though.
