Getting Final Value Fee Refund Because of Non-Paying Bidder

I would like to see an option for final value fee credit or refund.

Right now, I am trying to get final value fee credit. It is not right that I have to pay that fee although the person who committed to buy my item never paid at all.

Has anyone else have to pay for final value fee debt(s) even though he or she has or had non-paying bidders?
