1 damaged and paid out

1 delayed

1 where myhermes bent over backwards (and still are) to try and get a parcel delivered, tomorrow will be attempt 5 and they normally only do 3

If it's outside the size limits, then citylink via parcelmonkey are great.

Parcel2go are just "agents" for all the major courier firms. It is much simpler to go to the courier direct.

MyHermes is winning hands down on prices (at the moment) and Royal Mail are just beyond ridiculous for anything over 1kg.

Just my opinion of course.
