FIFA Have opened DIsciplanary Proceedings.

Should be banned for life.

FIFA's maximum ban is 24 matches or 2 years, I think I heard on TV. He should have a lengthy ban and have to seek medical/psychological help as part of any return plan. Footballers should not be allowed to eat each other.
