Totally agree....not sure how that would be achieved though while we have so much of abuse of the Human Rights Act

Another difference between the respective leaderships of Vladimir Putin and David Cameron.

The Russian Federation and China have today signed an agreement in principle for their second major gas deal this year as President Putin does his best to improve Russian economic prospects.

Having already doubled the deficit and having stoked up a future Housing Benefit crisis by facilitating the extension of the housing price bubble, David Cameron meanwhile is on track to damage economic prospects for the UK even further by taking us out of the European Union, the second largest economy in the world, after which customs tariffs would be in place making British products more expensive to import into the EU. Currently around 45% of British exports go to EU countries.

In the last post, ‘doubled the deficit’ should read ‘doubled the debt (of Government)’.

Another global problem solved by President Putin.

Wait for the noses of the West to be put out of joint when Iran joins President Putin’s Eurasian Union in a few years time.

The West went for regime change in Ukraine to stop Ukraine becoming part of the Eurasian Union. They will not be able to do the same in Iran.

President Putin is the clever one who they always underestimate.

The cretin Putin versus David Cameron?

Who is this man David Cameron who thinks he can tell the boss of a superpower what to do? The boss of the world’s largest oil and gas producer. The electorate in the Republic of Crimea and the Ukrainian regions of Donetsk and Luhansk voted democratically to leave Ukraine but because it is not the outcome that the West wanted when interfering in the affairs of Ukraine, they spin the facts and try to make out that President Putin is trying to take over Ukraine. And then they have the arrogance to try to bully him with sanctions for things that he has not done.

All President Putin will do is work around the sanctions.

Well our hapless UK Government does have some successes. One of the differences between David Cameron’s values and President Putin’s values are that David Cameron’s Government leaves people with no food and starving because of the way that it operates the welfare system. President Putin would be civilised enough to understand that it would be his personal failure if that happened on his watch.
