Make on offer on auctions is now playing up / cant be removed

I've had 3 offers on 3 different items
i tried to reject them but they wont go away
i made counter offers but they are not showing up
I cant delete them so i suppose they are sticking around.

I'm also missing a few items / adds which should have re listed but are now missing

I don't think this update today went well lol

anyone else having trouble with the make an offer function ?
