What would you like for christmas

In a moment of frustration last week I told hubby all I wanted for Christmas was a GOOD knife sharpener! He will never remember it that long and if I really want one I'll buy it so guess you can say I am easily satisfied!

Really just want the family together but this year I will do it on New Year's Day since I did Christmas Day last year and that gives all of the in-laws a chance to go to their families. Some will probably still show up here as I am not like some who want peace and quiet. I really enjoy all of the noise and chaos. There are 17 when we all get together.

My mum back for one last Christmas (a fantasy I know) in reality not to have to work Christmas week at all and to spend it with my family. Fewer of us each year and it's the only time we're able to all get together, apart from this year as I've got to work.

The problem with that is, you then over do it, and you then pay for it for the next few days.... sometimes it's better to have just an ache and and take it slow and steady.
