Don't think you "need" report to support yet!
But keep all records in case you have trouble getting your money back.
A month is way too long to wait IMO, & if I had a family emergency, I would finalize all matters then put my store/s in "holiday" mode till I was able to get back.
    You have been very patient.

Ditto Old, you have been quite patient IMHO. In case you do need to contact support: support@ebid.net

If you need to file a claim through Paypal I'd do it soon, as I believe there's a cut off for filing, it used to be 45 days but it may be shorter now, not sure, you may want to check into this.

    Hope things work out.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

You should open a dispute if you have not been paid Paypal will know from their records you have not been paid and you are making a genuine dispute i am sure they are used to people making numerous disputes

on 7th oct i pressed report seller on ebid auction
now the seller is no longer registered (do not know if this was a result of me or others)
but now i have found out he refunded me on the 2nd although i still wanted the item - either he misunderstood me or the item was to cheap and he decided to refund
what do i do now as i do not want him kicked if it was just me
