I trawled a long way to resurrect the issues I felt seriously mattered and few had been addressed.

Totally agree with Damien's suggestion.
It seems arrogant and unhelpful to delete a listing without giving a reason.
So unlike eBid's culture.

Is it possible that eBid's management is not aware of the bad feeling, and extra work, that this is causing?

Customers should be notified when listings are removed via email. There can be several reasons for removal and if notifications are not received we would like to address this issue to prevent it re occurring.

We will be adding additional information for users to pinpoint the reasoning for the removal of specific listing(s).

Please could you send via email to support examples of listings we have removed where no email were received and we will investigate. If possible please provide the listing ID.

Once it has been removed all of that information is gone.

Please send the email received or if a listing has been removed and no email, provide us with the title or listing ID (confirmation email of prior listing being posted).

From other threads I have read some people get an email stating their auction has been removed due to a violation, but the email does not contain what the violation was so they don't know what needs to be done to correct the listing.
