Please tel me How to Put items into my Store

Hi! Sorry, I'm sure this is probably simple, but I've been searching and searching for how to put my items into my store. I have no more time for it. Can someone please tell me how to put my items into my store? I've created my store called "Kristen's Shop of Favorite Things".

Open a listing then click on edit at the top. Once you are in edit mode you will see a box to tick for your store and can then choose a category inside your store. Click on save changes at the bottom and then the listing will be shown in your store.

Oh shoot! I'm obviously not opening the listing in the right place I guess. I tried both clicking my name at the upper right, then clicking an item in a column at the left. I could find NO "edit" anywhere. So then I did something else and got my store & clicked on the subcategories listed at the left for each item. I could still find NO "edit" anywhere. Darn! Sorry! I'm obviously not clicking my items in the right place.
