Nowt on google shopping

Hi Guys
All my items which were on google shopping seem to have disappeared.

I have seen on here about unbranded and exempt( is that in the SKU field?), tried it but still nothing.

I have posted this on't selling forum but thort I'd try here aswell!

Had no sales for weeks so don't know whats happened.

Any ideas greatly received

You need to put the word 'EXEMPT' into the barcode box if there is no code or ISBN number.

I replied on your selling thread one, you have to do the exempt / barcode one at a time.

Thanks guys, but how do you with thousands of items do it? Must take forever.

Is the bar code box the same as the SKU box and does exempt have to be in capitals

As far as I am aware it is only items with a Buy It Now price of £1.00 or greater that will be uploaded by eBid to Google Shopping.

So some of your items do not currently need "exempt" added.

I wish it could be a bulk edit, but apparently it can't. I think the barcode box is not the sku...........when you edit a listing, it's the one in the center. I don't think it needs to be, nor do I think it should be, all caps.


I edited mine as they came up for relists.....did several a day till they were done, but I don't have as many as you. You might want to do several in each category to start, so people who find you via one route, may look at your other items until they are all done.

I am doing one category at a time and still have about another 5 or 600 maybe more to go.............can't really see them all getting done, bit annoying when ebid could do them for us with one click and a bit sad for the people who don't come on the forum who know nothing about exempting and branding.
I do realise some people could attempt to just exempt stuff that does need a bar code though so in that respect I don't blame them.

You could try asking support if they can do it for you?
I'm sure they have a quicker way of doing it.
