How did ALL my Returns Setting get changed?

With about 15 or 20 exceptions, we accept returns on all items. Today, while doing some touchup and editing I discovered that ALL --- REPEAT ALL --- of our listings of USED COLLECTIBLES now say returns accepted, but choose the option that says Only If Unopened!!!!!

Has this happened to anyone else? If you have any options for your return policies, I suggest you take a look. I wonder how many potential buyers saw this and decided to just not bother.

I'm going to turn off the option and hope it goes away. Then wait 24 hours and try setting it again for the items that need it.

I checked some of my listings.
I couldn't find a returns policy even though I have set one up

I would have preferred it if they had all just disappeared, better than an inappropriate option.

Fortunately the Bulk Edit includes this field. I just had to set ALL our listings to the vanilla "Returns Accepted."

Now I get to look through all our stuff to find the exceptions.

I had a problem yesterday with terms of returns not showing up in listings, but after I did a bulk edit everything seemed to be OK
