Hi Andy; I agree with Willo, you need to sort out those photographs. The backgrounds are rather grubby looking.
You need some sort of neutral background.
did you take the photos on a car seat? I spent more time puzzling over what the background was rather than looking at the product.
    Nice idea for paracord though.
    Good luck.

In your listing for the bracelet, you tell people to advise you of their color preference. If I were ordering one, I would want to know what the color choices are.......I have no clue what you have, or what is available. I wouldn't know if I could pick one color, or six. or less. or more.

    Nice idea!
    Ta-Ta for now!

I agree that asking buyers to name their colours is giving too much choice.
You have 5 photographs, so why not have the first one with the collar modelled by the dog (or cat), and the other four to show the colour combinations.
You could have 5 colour combinations for the dog collars, and 5 for the cat, and put in your listing that each combination is available as either dog or cat collar
If you run out of a colour, you could substitute a new combination (1 photograph) quite easily.

A big advantage with eBid is that you can afford to have lots of listings. So why not list all the colours in all the sizes, separately?

I would pay attention to the words used in the listing title. "Dog", "cat", "pet", "Charm", "bracelet", "phone", " mobile", and so on.
Don't use the slash (dog/cat) because Google shopping will not pick it up. Use "dog or cat".
I wouldn't mention the cause in the title - it's not likely to attract a buyer - the item should stand on its own merits, and they have plenty.

Similar items which you could use to increase your offerings:

Key-chain (belt-fixing), lanyard for wallets, and camera straps. There are probably loads more. Suggestions anybody?

    Good luck with your sales.

I agree, you MUST change the background even if it only a clean white hankie. Stained backgrounds with pet hairs is a real turn off for buyers. Presentation is so important

    Here's wishing you many sales

No brandy for you Buttons! The use of a slash: / is ok.(ish)..... but should be avoided where it is not relevant to the item.

To give a clearer example (partly from google)

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil. This is ok because the / is relevant to the item.
Sweater / Jumper. The / is not relevant to the item.

A / is not on the absolute list of rejected items as it stands so is unlikely to be rejected. However where it is not relevant to the item then don't use it. People don't search for a / unless it is a relevant /.

I would certainly change the 30 day from first bid to something a bit shorter.Would you want to wait a month for an item?

Have to agree about the pictures so I've made a quick alteration for you on some.Name: 1386668118-5448-21.jpg
