Thread: Be careful

  1. #1

    Default Be careful

I think that there is a glitch in the re-listing system again. Unless I'm going mad. I've noticed this a few times over the past couple of days.

I do the relist / delete thing. Revise my new listing and then notice that the old listing was not deleted. Double checked by back clicking and found that I had hit the delete box and that the system message had been that the item was deleted.

    But it wasn't.

Just happened again with some stamps that I was relisting.

I noticed this too when relisting the many items I closed to take to my craft fairs. Having relisted over 200 then finding a couple of duplicate listings, didn't feel like relisting the other 100 and then having to go through them all.

Oh, the phantom thread rater is at work again. It amuses some sick person(s) to do this. I always vote such threads with 5 stars whatever I think of them. It is trivial, until it is done to one's own threads and then it hurts. It shouldn't but it does.

I am sorry to have to say this, but a pattern is becoming evident with the voting: all threads are marked down bar their own.

    Pathetic, really.

It is single relists / revisions that I've been working on. This glitch seems to be an intermittent problem.

I don't believe that I messed up, but maybe I did. :-) Started the thread in case anyone else had noticed something.

If I notice it again, I will go through the proper channels and open a support ticket.

The case yesterday was on three bird stamps. Three of the four corner blocks that I relisted.

Keywords to titles 1999 Canada 46c Bird Scott MNH Scott 1773a

I went back and manually deleted the closed listings as my total numbers were out and I was concerned that I would forget where.
