I have not heard anything from the seller!

I bought 2 zoomer robot dogs on the 13th of December and still have not heard anything from the seller as to whether or not these items have been shipped. This is my first time usuing ebid and I fear that I have done something incorrectly but I'm not seeing anything saying that I have. Waiting on the seller is killing me, I was hoping to have these items before Christmas.

Have you contacted the seller?
They may have been shipped, and the seller has not yet advised you.

I have just had a similar experience - the transaction went through perfectly well, but the seller is not good at communication.
I had no idea where it was until it arrived.
Some sellers just don't realise the value of good communication. And politeness.

In the ASL drop down menu you should be able to ask the seller a question, if paid by paypal you should also be able to ask the seller a question.

I tend to mark the item as shipped so the buyer knows the item is on the way.

And I have sent questions to the seller using both pay pal email that they gave us, as well as in the drop down asl here on ebid!
apparently they just do not want to communicate with me! The seller had communicated with another buyer previously about the packaging of the items.
I really appreciate your input and i will stick it out a few more days to see if i recieve the Items from the seller in the mail. If I do not, is there a way to cancel my purchase?

You do not have to mark as shipped.

Some sellers I have experienced are not strong on technology and do not answer, leave feedback, or mark as shipped.
If you are lucky they read the email about having to ship goods. Eventually.

On the listing it gives a dispatch time of: more than 4 days.

That of course doesn't necessarily mean that it takes that long to dispatch, it could be sooner and it may have already been sent. The only person who can advise you about that is the seller. On a previous question (on the listing) you will notice that it takes them a couple of days to reply so I am sure they will be in touch soon.

No they do not have to mark as shipped, but it is something I do to keep the buyer updated, obviously not all sellers do so. Hopefully the item is on its way to you.

You could always phone the seller.A couple of google clicks finds the number for you.
